• Select incorrect word.
• Click on review menu.
• Click on spelling and grammar.
• Click on change.
• Click on change and change all.
• Click on Yes and click on OK.

• Click on review menu.
• Click on search/Thumbnails.
• Type the required word in the search box.
• Click on start searching.
