Introduction of Multimedia:
                   Multimedia is a combination of graphs, Sounds, animations and pictures etc. It is an entertainment program which give us fully entertainment. With the help of this program, we can play audio or video files. We can also copy, paste and edit audio or videos files.

Equipment Needed for Multimedia Program

1. Pentium-4 (Computer set)
2. Speaker or Microphone
3. DVD-ROM/CD-ROM
4. VGA Card
5. Sound card
6. At least, 128 MB RAM/256 BM PAM etc.

Ms.Windows provides different type of multimedia programs, which are given as below:

1. Windows Media Player
2. Windows Movie Maker
3. Sound Recorder
4. Volume Control
5. Nero Start Smart Program
6. VCD Cutter Program etc.

1. Windows Media Player:-

              This program always comes with Ms.Windows program. It is the most popular multimedia program. Using this program, we can copy and play audio or video files from the computer to a blank CD/DVD.

# How to Open Windows Media Player Program?

• Click on start button.
• Click on programs.
• Click on Windows Media Player. OR,
• Click on Start button.
• Click on Run. Then type wmplayer.exe in the open box.
• Click on OK button.

# How to Play Audio or Video CD using windows media player program?

• Insert the CD in the CD-ROM.
• Open Windows Media Player Program.
• Click on drop down arrow of now playing and choose unknown audio or video CD.
• OR,
• Insert the CD in ;the CD-ROM.
• Open My Computer.
• Open CD drive or Double click on CD Drive.

# How to Apply Played Songs in full screen?

• Play any song and double click on screen. OR,
• Direct Press Alt+Enter key from Keyboard.

# How to Close full screen?

• Press Alt+Enter key. Or,
• Click on view menu.
• Click on  close full screen.

#How to Apply Skin Mode?

• Click on view menu.
• Click on Skin mode. OR, 
• Press Ctrl+2 key.

# How to Close Skin mode?

• Click on view menu.
• Click on full mode. OR,
• Press Ctrl+1 key.

# How to Apply Skin Chooser?

• Click on View menu.
• Click on Go to.
• Choose Skin Chooser.
• Select a skin. Eg. Compact.
• Click on Apply skin.

• Right click on the task bar and choose tool bars.
• Put the tick mark on windows media player.
• Play any song.
• Click on minimize button.
• Click on Show video and visualization window.
• Click on restore for apply full mode.

            It is also most popular multimedia program. Using this program, we can copy audio or video files, pictures, programs, document files from the computer a blank CD/DVD.

# How to Open Nero Start Smart Program?

• Click on Start button.
• Click on programs.
• Click on Nero.
• Click on Nero Start Smart. 
• OR,
• Click on Start button. 
• Click on Run.
• Then type, nerostartsmart.exe in the open box.
• Click on OK.

# How to Copy Audio or Video files and data from the computer to a blank CD/DVD? Using Nero Start Smart Program?

• Insert a blank CD/DVD in the CD-ROM.
• Open Nero Start Smart Program.
• Choose required one option. Eg. Favorites.
• Select required one option. Eg. Make a audio CD.
• Click on Add.
• Define required audio or video files from the computer and select.
• Click on  Add.
• Click on finish.
• Type the disc name. Eg. Audio.
• Click on  burn.
• Click on next.
• Click on exit.

# How to Copy Audio or Video files and data from the computer to blank CD/DVD?

• Insert a blank CD/DVD in the CD-ROM.
• Open My Computer folder.
• Define the required Audio or Video files from the computer and select.
• Right click on selected files and choose send to option.
• Click on CD/DVD drive.

• Type the required disc name.

               It is also most popular Multimedia program.Using this program, we can make a movie file with the help of pictures, transition effect and video effects.

# How to Open windows Movie Maker Program?

• Click on Start menu.
• Click on programs.
• Click on Window Movie Maker program. OR,
• Click on Start button.
• Click on Run. Then type moviemk.exe in the open box.
• Click on OK.

# How to Import Pictures?

• Open windows movie maker program.
• Click on import pictures.
• Define required pictures from the computer and select.
• Click on Import.
• Then select a picture and Press Ctrl+A for all select picture.
• Press Ctrl+C key for copy picture.
• Click on storyboard and Press Ctrl+V key for paste.

# How to Import Audio or music (Sound Effect)?

• Click on import audio or music.
• Define required audio files from the computer and select.
• Click on Import.
• Drag a clip and drop it on the storyboard below.

# How to Import Video Effect?

• Click on view video effects.
• Choose required video effect.
• And drag a video effect and drop it on a video transition and drop between two clips on the storyboard below.

# How to make titles or credits for movie?

• Click on make titles or credits.
• Click on add title at the beginning of the movie.
• Type required title or credit text.
• Define required title/credit animation and text font/color.
• Click on done, and title to movie.

# How to Play movie file?

• After preparing movie file.
• Click on play.
• Press Alt+Enter key for apply full screen. 
• Press Esc key for close full screen.

#  How to Save movie file?

• After preparing movie file.
• Click on save to my computer.
• Type required movie file name.
• Click on next.
• Click on next.
• Click on finish.
