• Click on programs.
• Click on format factory.
• Again click on format factory.

• Open format factory program.
• Choose audio or video.
• Choose any file format. Eg. MP3, 3GP, MP4, WAV
• Click on Add file.
• Define required location and select required audio or video file from the computer. 
• Click on open. 
• Click on OK.
• Click on Start.
